As anyone in health care knows, 2021 was a year of anything but stillness. With the ebbs and flows of COVID-19 cases, nothing slowed down for our nurses. It took a tremendous amount of flexibility, effort and innovation to truly be the calm in the storm, and our UF Health Shands nurses overwhelmingly rose to this task.
