Amanda Henderson’s attention to detail and follow-through helped the UF Health Sebastian Ferrero Office of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety learn about a recent heparin/saline flush recall. The help didn’t stop there. Amanda also assisted with additional instructions, which were disseminated to all UF Health Physicians practices so recalled stock could be identified.
