Get set … Hike! April 21
Are you ready for some football? Join us for the second UF Health Celebrity Gridiron Challenge, a flag-football tournament that benefits Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital. This family friendly, all-ages event takes place Saturday, April 21 at Westwood Middle School, 3215 NW 15th Ave. Spectators are welcome!
Note: The start time for the event is TBD.
There are several ways to get involved:
- Register a team. For a $100 registration fee, teams can play as either competitive (bracket-style competition) or noncompetitive (casual-style competition not competing to win). Choose a team captain and name, select style of play, recruit 10 to 12 players and start practicing!
- Your department may decide to sponsor a team. The Celebrity Gridiron Challenge is voluntary: Anyone interested is welcome to join a team — including your family and friends.
- Donate. You can donate to a team or participant online or by check. Visit UFHealthgridiron.com to learn more and register your team.
