A floor-by-floor view of our new hospitals
Take a closer look at our new heart and vascular and neuromedicine hospitals
On Dec. 10, the doors to the UF Health Heart & Vascular and Neuromedicine hospitals will open for patients. The new hospitals consolidate focused care in one building.
This supports UF Health’s commitment to clinical quality and safety as Job 1, along with providing hospitality and service for the best possible patient experience.
Patients will have streamlined access to highly specialized, comprehensive outpatient treatment options and inpatient services in one location. They will benefit from outstanding faculty physicians, skilled nurses and clinical experts from many disciplines collaborating in a modern medical facility. The new building is designed to be easily accessible and to meet patients’ and staff’s unique needs. It will support improved efficiency as well as provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.
It’s an exciting time as we move medicine forward: These specialty hospitals will allow our physicians, nurses and providers to save and extend more patients’ lives, advance UF Health’s research and education goals and enable a new phase of robust growth for our health system.
